Format Layout
1.    Open a new WORD document

2.    Click on File...Page Setup

3.    Select the "Margin" tab and change the left and right margin to .5"
        Decrease the top and bottom margin to .5" also.

4.    Select "Paper Size" tab and change the ORIENTATION from Portrait to Landscape.

5.    Click on Format (in the menu toolbar.)  Select columns.  Choose 3 columns.
