Get Adobe Acrobat Reader to open pdf:
Once on that page, scroll down and select your computer's operating system (Windows 98, Me, 2000/XP, Macintosh, etc) under Step 1 and then click on 'download' under Step 3. When the download screen appears, save the file to the desktop. When the download is complete, double click on the icon for the program (the icon is a red box). Follow the installation instructions and you will be able to open up PDF files from all websites.
