The Bernards Township Board of Education does hereby approve the following statements which are reflective of the policy of the Board of Education and will be published at least annually in newsletters or related information publications of the Bernards Township Board of Education along with the names, addresses and phone numbers of the Affirmative Action Officer (Regina Rudolph 204-2600 x 104), the Public Law 504 Coordinator (Monica Butler 204-2600 x 121) and the Public Employees Occupational Safety and Health Act Coordinator (PEOSHA) (Ron Smith 204-2600 x 106) for the 2006-07 school year:

“The Bernards Township School District offers all students and staff equal educational and employment opportunities regardless of race, color, creed, handicap, religion, sex, ancestry, age, national origin or social or economic status.

The Bernards Township School District offers a free and appropriate public education and related services to handicapped students in an unrestricted environment in accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Subsections 104.31 through 104.38.”
