Registration Information and Procedures for

New Families

1) Please contact Michele Vitiello, District Registrar, located at the Central Office at 908-204-2600, ext. 146.

2) Parents and Guardians must download all registration forms from the district website, www.bernardsboe.com and click on the “Directions for Pre-K-Grade 12 Registrations” link.

3) All forms must be completely filled out before the registration appointment.

4) The following documents should be brought to the appointment:

·Completed Registration Forms

·Child’s Original Birth Certificate

·3 Proofs of Residency (i.e tax bill, deed, rental/lease agreement)

5) If you have any questions or concerns about your child’s entrance into Liberty Corner School, please contact Mr. Eric Rauschenberger, School Counselor, at 908-204-2550, ext. 108.
